Great Yarmouth famous for its bright lights and wide sandy beaches lined by the impressive Marine Parade with its countless attractions and colourful gardens.  The coast of Norfolk is very beautiful and a lovely place to visit with its many pretty villages.

YOUR HOTEL  The Kensington Hotel a 4* standard award winning and fully refurbished hotel, it is a beautiful Edwardian building with many of its original features and is ideally situated on the seafront in a quiet situation opposite the beach with landscaped gardens of the Venetian Waterways.  All bedrooms are en-suite with satellite television and tea making facilities.  The hotel also has a comfortable lounge bar with sea front terrace and beautiful oak panelled restaurant serving excellent meals.  There is a lift to two floors only, limited ground floor rooms available.  Entertainment provided. A very well recommended hotel.

MONDAY   Depart local pick up points and travel east to Great Yarmouth calling for lunch before continuing to our hotel.

TUESDAY TO THURSDAY  During the week we celebrate Christmas early.  There will be lots of fun and entertainment, free time and excursions.

FRIDAY  Regretfully we must leave this lovely part of Norfolk and make our return journey home stopping for lunch on route.

Torquay is the largest and most famous seaside resort inDevon.  The superb panoramic setting with high wooded hills overlooking TorBay.  Torquay is sophisticated yet friendly, it has a lovely mild climate, luxurious hotels, vivid colours of sub tropical trees and flowers, these will blend together to make Torquay the nearest thing to a French Riviera resort in Britain.

YOUR HOTEL  The Templestowe Hotel, where every bedroom has a bath or shower en-suite, colour television, early morning tea making facilities and central heating.  There is a lift to all floors and entertainment each evening.  There is a choice of menu for meals.  The hotel will be decorated with the most fantastic Christmas decorations.  There is the most professional and top class entertainment found anywhere in the country.  Excellent ballroom for dancing, comedy, bingo, top class singers, a floor show that leaves you gasping in wonderment.  Not the cheapest Turkey & Tinsel holiday, but certainly the best value for money.

MONDAY  We depart the local pick up points in the morning, and travel south west, arriving mid afternoon in beautifulDevon and the Templestowe Hotel for our four nights of enjoyable fun and entertainment.

TUESDAY ~ THURSDAY  During the week we shall celebrate Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.  There will be entertainment, trips out and a wonderful time will be had by all.  All the fun of Christmas at half the price.  The traditional Christmas dinner will be proceeded by the ‘Parade of theTurkey’ and piped in by a Scottish Piper.  Of course Santa Claus will be making a visit.  One night there will be a Fancy Dress Parade.

FRIDAY  Today, after what will have been a wonderful ‘early Christmas’ we must depart the Templestowe Hotel and make our way back home.

Bath regarded as one of the most beautiful towns in Britain, it is most famous for its Roman Baths and Georgian architecture of the Royal Crescent.  Bath’s reputation for fine shopping was established in Georgian times and remains true to this day. It is the home to Jane Austen, Charlie Chaplin and Charles Dickins.  It is set in a sheltered valley, encircled by wooded hills and built around the country’s only natural hot springs. But what is most amazing is when Bath comes to life at the Christmas Market with fairy lights, festive greenery, strolling players, carol singers, the aroma of roasting chestnuts and mulled wine, you will enjoy the echoes of the magic of Christmas past. More than 80 traditional wooden chalet stalls, each individually decorated and lit.  Local and Continental traders, original hand crafted gifts, decorations, cards, toys, Christmas food and drink you will be spoilt for choice.

YOUR HOTEL  Ramada Plaza 3* Hotel located close to the historic centre of Bristol.  The hotel offers a bar and restaurant and all rooms have air-conditioning, satellite television, radio, telephone, tea making facilities, hairdryer and trouser press.  The Poolside Leisure Club is the perfect place to relax.  Enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and steamroom. 

FRIDAY  Depart local pick up points or Kettlewell’s yard for our journey south west to our hotel in Bristol making a stop for lunch on route.

SATURDAY  After breakfast not too early your coach will take you into the centre of Bath for the excitement and experience of the Christmas Market. Do not miss the massive Victorian Carousel outside the Pump Room with its colourful painted horses and fairground music.

SUNDAY  After breakfast we depart the hotel and journey to Cirencester for our second Christmas market of the weekend.  This lovely Cotswold town will be transformed with beautifully adorned wooden chalets each decorated with festive swags and white pea lights between them selling a wide range of clothes, gifts and toys together with festive food and drink – after another great day we shall return home.
