Saltaire Sunday 23 June 2019

Saltaire is the small town built by Titus Salt to house all his employees who worked in his cotton mill. The mill has now been turned into a Heritage Centre and is beautifully displayed with many small shopping outlets within the mill itself. It also has a museum and video room where you can learn all about the history of the mill and its owner. The town itself is well worth a visit too with many small craft shops, it also sits next to the canal where there are boat trips running through the day.
