Linked by a long crescent shaped sandy bay nestling between dramatic limestone headlands, Llandudno has been a magnet in North Wales to generations of visitors who have revelled in its wealth of traditional attractions.  Sightseeing, shopping, walking, eating or just resting.

YOUR HOTEL  Family run Tynedale Hotel situated on the sea front, having used this hotel for many years it has become a firm favourite.  The food is excellent in both choice and presentation.  This hotel is very well recommended with excellent facilities including all bedrooms en-suite with hairdryer, trouser remote control colour television, some rooms with ironing facilities and trouser press, direct dial telephone, hospitality trays in all rooms.  Lift to all floors, some rooms have steps to them, level access to hotel, some ground floor rooms available.  Air-conditioned restaurant and cabaret lounge, top class entertainment every night, happy hour at the bar each evening.

MONDAY  Depart local pick up area or Kettlewell’s Yard and travel across the scenic Woodhead pass in Derbyshire and into Cheshire, stopping at Chester services for lunch on route.  We arrive in Llandudno in good time to relax.  Time for a stroll around make the most of happy hour in the bar before an excellent dinner.

TUESDAY TO FRIDAY  During this time there will be free time and visits to various places of interest including a Snowdonia tour visiting Caenarfon and Betwys Coed, Portmadoc with opportunity to visit Portmerion, Anglesy. and an optional tour to Bodnant Gardens (admission extra).

SATURDAY After a leisurely breakfast we depart Llandudno mid morning, calling for lunch in Stockport before continuing our scenic drive home.
